What is the validity of the WCA plan? +
The Warranty Claim Assistance plan is valid for 365 days from the date of activation.
How many claims are allowed under WCA? +
WCA includes up to four (4) claim assistance requests during the plan validity period.
Do you perform repairs under WCA? +
No. We only assist with the warranty claim process. All repairs are carried out by the authorized service center.
What is the difference between E-Service Plan and Full Assist Plan? +
E-Service Plan provides call-based assistance for warranty claims, while Full Assist Plan includes one claim where we pick up the device from your home, coordinate service at the authorized center, and drop it back after repair.
Is doorstep pickup available under WCA? +
Doorstep pickup and drop is available only under the Full Assist Plan, not under standard WCA.
Will warranty approval be guaranteed? +
Warranty approval depends solely on the brand’s terms and conditions. We assist in the process but do not guarantee claim acceptance.
